Your Mission:

The CRM manager will focus on increasing the long-term value of our email subscribers to yield an overall high lifetime value from our subscriber marketing. They will work closely with the rest of the CRM team (both operational and technical) to optimise existing programs and test/launch new initiatives. The ultimate objective will be to get more value out of our existing subscribers and email database.

Your Quests Include:

• Successfully run B2C email campaigns.
• Experience with large email broadcast systems. Experience with MessageGears beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed commercial/business decisions based off them.
• SQL and Excel analysis. There will be SQL and data experts for the Manager to lean on, but some internal competence is expected.
• Good communication skills, influencing skills, and ability to manage a project or product.
• Monitor and report on all key metrics associated with push marketing campaigns - ensuring that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within our lifecycle marketing ecosystem.
• Email newsletter relevance, personalisation, and strategy. Email newsletters drive a large part of our overall revenue. The CRM manager will work hand in hand with the CRM Operations & technical part of the team to ensure the right content is sent to the right user at the right time.
• Continue to optimise and hone our personalisation funnel which consists of a combination of in-house algorithms and third-party suppliers.
• Manage our deliverability health across the major ISPs – ensuring our lifecycle strategy does not impact the overall deliverability of our CRM programmes.
• Manage and grow our email to app strategy with the aim to move single device users onto multiple devices.
• Be the owner and champion of the CRM roadmap ensuring key projects that align with business objectives are correctly prioritised and implemented by the rest of the CRM team.
• Ensure industry updates and new products/functionalities are being communicated to the business on a regular basis.
• Manage the relationship with our 3rd party CRM suppliers – managing day-to-day communications, contract negotiations, technical implementations etc.
