What are we looking for?
- Good grasp of IT software systems.
- Able to use Data effectively.
- Ability to understand and pick up systems and processes quickly.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.
- Commercial acumen, understanding the potential impact of your work on the business or customer.
- Experience in a customer-centric and administrative/ project based role.
What will my responsibilities be?
- Respond to all incoming inquiries.
- Log leads and inquiries to support internal data capture and reporting.
- Efficiently manage the team's diary and conduct follow-ups as required.
- Enhance current processes and develop new ones to streamline the sales process and improve results.
- Represent the company in alignment with our brand values and behaviours.
- Achieve KPIs based on daily activity, pipeline management.
- Assist in meeting new workstation sales targets across the portfolio and manage the commercial relationship with clients moving forward.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures.
- Use company systems and software to present information in a timely manner.
- Present information effectively for both internal and external audiences.
- Develop a reputation for excellence, honesty, and integrity with clients and the wider industry in all actions.
