Your Mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate AI Specialist from a top Russell Group university to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong academic background in AI, machine learning, or data science, combined with a keen understanding of real-world business applications. You will play a crucial role in leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making, optimise processes, and drive innovation across our organisation. If you are passionate about applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve commercial challenges and create tangible business impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Quests Include:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize business operations and decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can add value.
  • Analyse complex datasets to extract insights and drive strategic recommendations.
  • Support the deployment of machine learning models, ensuring they align with business objectives.
  • Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to enhance company capabilities.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in automating key business processes through AI and data-driven approaches.
  • Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Technical Skills required:

  • Programming: Proficiency in Python (preferred) and/or other relevant languages (e.g., R, Java, C++).
  • Machine Learning & AI Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar libraries.
  • Data Manipulation & Analysis: Strong skills in Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for handling and analysing large datasets.
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.
  • Data Visualisation: Ability to present insights effectively using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Model Deployment: Understanding of MLOps principles, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for productionizing AI models.
  • Business-Focused AI Application: Ability to translate AI solutions into measurable business impact.
